The Artwork (below) I am transforming this time was taken from a
church window n Portugal. After a fizzled
start my son talked me into as he put it, "My Masterpiece". So off I
went and made what I believe will be
at least a five year project using the following: 14 x 20 inches
stitched out using 16 count which
gave a final count of 72,900 squares.
The final number of colors I deceided on is 190. Below is a picture
of the colors I had to
buy and did not yet have. You are looking at about 120 different
colors of the 190.
So to track this project I decieded to take a picture after every
2000 squares of completed work.
hope you enjoy the journey as much as I do stitching it.

From here on besides counting squares done I'll be counting down
colors.
I started with 190.
Over 59,000 Squares done and only 137 Colors to go
Over 61,000 Squares and 130 Colors to go.
63,000+ Squares done and 98 colors to go.
65,000+ Squares done and 91 colors to go.
67,000+ Squares done and 82 colors to go.
69,000+ Squares done and 16 colors to go.
